- NO REFUND POLICY. - No show or early out will be charged full amount (100%) and is non-refundable - Re-booking are allowed with Two ( 2 ) Months Prior to Actual Check - In For any fortuitous events like typhoon, earthquake etc. or any other causes beyond our control only rebooking is allowed and the Resort will not be held liable for any damages incurred. - Required 7 days advance notice if any rebooking will be made due to fortuitous events only.
- Child Policy - Only kid below 2.5 feet by height are free of charge - Kids 2.6 to 4 feet will be charge kids rate - Kids 4.1 feet and above will be considered as adult rate
- Check- In Time 2:00PM Check- In Time 11:00AM
- First 2 nights of Stay. Andditional of 500 per night for the next succeeding nights of Stay

- Pets are not Allowed inside the resort
- Full payment is required upon check-in and for the extension of stay
- Adult and kiddie pool is open dailt at 7:00am to 10:00pm. Jacuzzi is open daily from 9:00-11:00Am & 6:00-8:00 Pm
- Proper Swimming Attire : Swimming pool. Jacuzzi and Beach
- Beach Area is open from 6:00am to 8:00pm
- Children should always be accompanied by adult when in the balcony of room , swimming pool, jacuzzi and Beach
- Only Chips and bottled water are allowed inside the resort
- For security reason , please allow our security personnel to check your baggage
- Parking space with security is provided outside the resort
- Safety deposit box is available in our front office for your valuables
