“Cultural Center Of Metro Manila”

The city of Pasay has long been a great earner for Metropolitan Manila, even when it was only a town. The economic life of the town had so steadily improved that its income exceeded the limit set for an ordinary town, and thus, it became a city. Named after Dayang-dayang Pasay, a princess of the pre-colonial Kingdom of Namayan, Pasay is the one of the original cities of Metro Manila, and is filled with tons of attractions!
